Beside the wood-burning stove, we offer the authentic taste of Aurland, featuring local ingredients harvested from the mountains, fjords, and our very own land.

We take pride in using regional ingredients, growing our own vegetables, and partnering with local producers. Venison, lamb, and beef are sourced from neighboring farms, while trout comes from the mountain waters, where fishing plays a vital role in our cultivation.
