Booking & cancellation policy

General

The person making a reservation at www.292aurland.com must be of age 18 or older. This concerns activities, meals and accommodation.

Booking and payment:

The booking is confirmed when it is paid. All rooms must be prepaid.

Prepayment can be done through our online booking page with credit card or invoice.

Cancellation

1-3 rooms: the booking* is refundable 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the room will be charged in full. 

4-6 rooms: the booking* is refundable 50 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 50 days before arrival, the room will be charged in full. 

More than 6 rooms: the booking* is refundable 90 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 90 days before arrival, the room will be charged in full.

Buy out: Full payment to secure the booking*. Refundable up to 7 months before arrival. 50% refund of the total amount 5 months to arrival. No refund if cancelled less than 5 months before arrival.

*“Booking” refers to all activities, transport, meals and accommodation booked

The guest is responsible for their own travel insurance. We recommend making an annulation costs insurance with your insurance company, for independent travelers which covers cancellation costs in case of short-term cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure/Disclaimer

29|2 Aurland shall not be held liable for the consequences of poor weather conditions, closed facilities/roads/tunnels or other factors outside the company’s control. Should any faults occur, 29|2 Aurland is not liable for any extra costs and fully entitled to cancel the booking.
