As we are a small boutique hotel we sincerely appreciate if you can time your arrival between 3 pm – 6.30 pm

Pick-up and drop-off can be arranged at an extra charge
The person making a reservation at must be of age 18 or older. This concerns activities, meals and accommodation.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
The booking is confirmed when it is paid. All rooms must be prepaid. Prepayment can be done through our online booking site with credit card or invoice.
CANCELLATION
1-3 rooms: the booking* is refundable 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the room will be charged in full.
4-6 rooms: the booking* is refundable 90 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 90 days before arrival, the room will be charged in full.
6-8 rooms / Full buy out:
the booking* is refundable 120 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 120 days before arrival, the room will be charged in full.
*Booking refers to all activities, transport, meals and accommodation booked.
INSURANCE
The guest is responsible for their own travel insurance. We recommend making an annulation costs insurance with your insurance company, for independent travelers which covers cancellation costs in case of short-term cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances.
FORCE MAJEURE / DISCLAIMER
29|2 Aurland shall not be held liable for the consequences of poor weather conditions, closed facilities/roads/tunnels or other factors outside the company’s control. Should any faults occur, 29|2 Aurland is not liable for any extra costs and fully entitled to cancel the booking.
