GENERAL
‍The person making a reservation must be of age 18 or older. This applies to all bookings, including accommodation, meals, and activities.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
A booking is considered confirmed once fullpayment has been received. All reservations must be prepaid. Payment can be made through our online booking system by credit card or via invoice (if applicable).

CURRENCY
All rates and transactions are processed inNorwegian Kroner (NOK). Any refunds will be issued in NOK to the original method of payment. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may differ when converted into another currency. The hotel is not responsible for any differences caused byexchange rate variations or fees charged by banks or payment providers.

CANCELLATION
1-3 rooms: Bookings are refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be charged in full.  

4-6 rooms: Bookings are refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival will be charged in full. 

6-8 rooms / Full buy out:
Bookings are refundable up to 120 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will be chargedi  n full.

*Booking refers to all services reserved, including accommodation,meals, transport, and activities.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance that covers unforeseen circumstances leading to last-minute cancellations..

FORCE MAJEURE / DISCLAIMER
29|2 Aurland shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, closed roads, tunnels or facilities, natural events, or other unforeseen disruptions.

In such cases, 29|2 Aurland reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings. The hotel shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, orexpenses incurred as a result of such events.
